18 Active Days Challenge in Feb 2021
Let's achieve the target of minimum 18 active days in Feb 2021.
You could do either of the following in a day -
Run/Walk - Minimum 3km
Ride a bicycle - Minimum 20km
Swim - Minimum 500m
REWARDS: WCCG's HEX Badge for all the finishers
Can I ride/run/swim for 18 continuous days to finish the challenge?
Yes, you may do so. But then, ensure to listen to your body
Can I split the distance and ride/run/swim?
Nope, the distance shall be recorded as single workout
Are manual entries considered?
Nope, manual entries in strava is not considered
Are virtual rides considered?
Nope, virtual rides are not considered
Can I do a single type of workout alone for 18 days in Feb?
Yes, you may choose to do that way !! Either run for 18 days or swim for 18 days or cycling for 18 days.
Note: Tracking your rides using STRAVA is MANDATORY which would help us track your progress automatically. Ensure that your strava is linked with in Chennai Cyclists website.
