We are excited to present the third event in the Ancient Series of the first season of the CC Enduro Series 2026-27 - Persistence 444 - Thirumalai.

Thirumalai is one of Tamil Nadu's most revered Jain heritage sites. This place is home to the ancient Thirumalai Jain Complex, famed for its magnificent rock-cut sculptures, centuries-old inscriptions, intricately carved temples, and the towering 16-foot monolithic statue of Neminatha, one of the largest Jain images in Tamil Nadu.

Standing as a symbol of spiritual endurance, artistic excellence, and cultural legacy, Thirumalai offers a unique glimpse into the rich Jain heritage that has flourished in Tamil Nadu for over a millennium. The journey to Thirumalai mirrors the spirit of endurance cycling itself, demanding patience, determination, and persistence.

Note - The ride is entirely Self Supported

Registration Fee - Rs. 849 (Including 18% GST)

Minimum eligibility for participation in the ride - Having completed a 300+km ride before

Mandatory for the ride

1. Printed Chennai Cyclist Rider ID tagged to your bicycles in front/back. You could generate it for yourself and print and tag it on your own, ID-Card
2. Helmet is mandatory
3. Powerful front light and red tail light is mandatory.
4. Reflective vest is mandatory.

Dont’s:

1. Aero bars shall not be used at any point of time
2. Any rider who quit the ride shall not expect support from the volunteers. Only on medical emergencies, volunteers would be able to support. All volunteers are posted to support the riders who are continuing their ride
3. On any situation, rider who missed CP time or rode the event without registration, should not claim their finishers badge

Is there any time limit for completing the 444km Ride?

Yes, 30 hours is the official ride cut-off time. The ride will commence from Pro-Bikers, Perungudi at 5:30 AM on 15 August 2026, and participants must complete the ride on or before 11:30 AM on 16 August 2026.

Is it a physical in person event?

Yes, all riders have to physically report to Pro-Bikers, Perungudi and ride in the planned route. The event is not virtual

Are there any age limit for participating in this ride?

Yes, only riders above the age of 18 is allowed
